The Product Manager is the spearhead that cuts across the organization and ensures that Aderize is moving in the right strategic direction. As a Product Manager, you will oversee and coordinate a program of projects - from activating new products and business lines to creating efficiencies and developing programs that support business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, and monitor multiple projects

• Coordinate activities across projects and departments or teams

• Monitor project progress and take corrective action when necessary

• Develop and track key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure timely decision making

• Identify risks associated with each project and develop mitigation strategies

• Ensure goals are met in areas including quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Skills & Experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• At least 2 years of experience in project management

• Stakeholder and team management experience

• Proven experience in business analysis and reporting a big plus

• Ability to stay organized under pressure and deliver at a rapid pace is a must

• Must be willing to work US hours
